Ingredients
2 ready to use graham cracker pie crusts
4 8oz packages of low fat cream cheese
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
Directions
Mix
cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla with mixer.
Fill pie crusts with filling. Bake at 350 degrees
for 1 hour and don't open the oven while it is
cooking. Let cool then cover and chill in fridge.
