Ingredients
1 Package (8 oz)
refrigerated crescent rolls
1 Package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 Garlic Clove, Pressed
1 tsp dried dill weed
Salt and ground black pepper to taste
2 cups assorted fresh veggies such as:
Broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, green or red
bell pepper, tomato, green onions, mushrooms,
carrot, zucchini or yellow summer squash
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Unroll crescent dough,
separate into 8 triangles in a circle and roll
with a roller to create a circle. Bake for 12-15
minutes or until lightly golden brown. Remove
from the oven and cool completely.
In a mixing bowl, combine
cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic and dill weed.
Season it with salt and pepper. Mix well and spread
mixture evenly over the pizza crust.
To
prepare the vegetables, chop up broccoli or cauliflower,
dice or slice cucumber, bell pepper, tomato, green
onions, mushrooms, and grates your carrots. To
make it look even more festive you can crinkle
cut your zucchini or summer squash. Sprinkle veggies
on top of your pizza and cut into squares. This
recipe makes 10 servings and is only 110 calories
and 3.5 grams of fat per serving. |
